Maxrate Construction Inc. started as a sole proprietorship company under the Powermech and was established in 2011 by Mr. Harris Montalbo, a young engineer with an entrepreneurial spirit and a remarkable dedication on his profession. 

Though the company is just humbly beginning its journey in this industry. Maxrate is committed to give maximum effort to work on more construction and building projects in the years to come as it lives on its name.

The company has experienced many ups and downs over the course of its six years in the industry, but solely due to its commitment to upholding standards and maintaining client satisfaction, it has grown into the team's hardest core, filling in all the gaps along the way.
